btw, i figured out how you made the clay fly: super-imposing, right? at first i thought it was fishing wire, or something, but when rick flew through the gap in the back of the chair i realized it couldn't be. so anyway, sweet work, and good tricks.

sweet, but a just a question:

how you doing the trace bitmap? for sprites, i would use 1, 1, pixel, many corners. if you, do, then it don't change anything. but if you don'tr, it should give you sprites looking exactly as they are on the sheet.

Yeah, that's the settings I'm using. It's more about how they're placed when I put them into the movie clips. I noticed that when Axl spoke, he seemed to jump a bit for example. I tried moving the sprites around a bit within the clip, but no luck.

Why? i mean, it was bloody hilarious when i saw it, but why?
Try adding more emotion to the voice. and possibly getting a friend to do one of the voices, so they actually sound different.
